preparing autistic and SEND children for going back to school
Very informative and practical strategies to help manage challenges for both children and staff
Latoya
I believe the title is appropriate and doesn't need amending.
I found this short training rather useful and informative particularly the practical steps we can implement for when kids return to school. Another key feature was the suggestion to prepare visual timetables which can be used for autistic children both at school and at home.
claire

Excellent explanations, clear examples and practical worksheets
Really enjoyed this excellent course, as I generally find it easier to listen to strategies than read about them in depth. The pace is right, the examples give very clear and the potential issues are highlighted all the relevant angles. Definitely recommend

Great job
You have put forward some really good ideas. I know this is a child based approach but maybe you could include how parents can access support for themselves. Which may contribute to a more positive outcome for their children. I have spoken to some parents who are emotionally challenged with isolation and transition also.

A Bit of Direction
Great for focussing us on the real importance of making sure all children are fully supported during the transition back to school. I thought it was great that communuation with families was mentioned as us teachers can often try and 'go it alone' but i know many families will welcome the support offered.
